Yes the Dutch are very good at building dikes and levees to keep their coastline from being washed out to sea… not so much for the purpose of reversing the single greatest preventable eco-disaster to ever hit the Gulf region. I’m not sure she considered the environmental impact of the spill, only how we can restore the white sandy beaches in time for Spring Break.
